I'm passionate about making a difference, whether this be solving our customers' problems or driving improvements to unlock growth in the business. 

Through my time at Accenture and Barclays I've worked across different technology stacks and a variety of Integration challenges - although a common trait has been doing this with a great team and ethos to work. 

I've played a number of roles at Adaptivity, from Delivery Director to Operations Director. I'm currently responsible for keeping the company internal machine running and ensuring our client facing teams have the tools, people and culture to delivery fantastic client outcomes whilst supporting the continuous development of our brilliant people.
